Reading blogs makes me want to write a blog a.k.a. An attempt to blog in real time...emphasis on "attempt"

So just read a friend's blog. About 6 months ago he wrote about me. Didn't realize this until now...hilarious! While reading this and laughing hysterically (in my head of course because if I actually did my roommate might find me strange...although I think he's at work...feel like Kanye circa 2004 Track #4)...ps...couldn't tell if I felt happy when Kanye was the first search result on Google when "college dropout" was entered. Initially was happy because of how big he has become and how easy it was for me to find what I needed to by typing minimally, then I realized how that's fucked up (for me and society). Regardless it is really telling of our culture. Should really change this thought process moving forward. Until then, I won't worry about it.

"Drop the World" is on...must take a break...need to analyze every word (mostly Em's)

About 30 minutes later - Amazing how Marshall interprets beats so differently from others (if you don't understand listen to "Forever"). Also, how he captures the attention of the listener (me) so much better than other. I had to listen to Weezy's verse multiple times to really feel him. And as far as Wayne goes, verse one makes me think despite how unusual he is, Dwayne isn't too different from most people. He can just articulate like none other...even if he is on syrup (not condoning...just saying). Verse two is a glimpse of what separates him from the rest. Possibly contributes to resiliency (note to self/NTS: go back and examine his reaction to shooting himself in his childhood)

Fighting not to revert to Google Wave (nts: figure out how to integrate a wave into a blog). Must...finish...my...thoughts.

Original thought I wanted to establish: One day, I must do a psychobiography on Lil' Wayne (and hopefully Marshall Mathers & Mike Tyson too). And if this idea gets stolen because it's on the web/beats me to the punch, I need to try to one up it. NTS: Need to think about that mixtape idea (I would post this, but I really don't want this idea become someone else's...have only told 2 people about it...I think). Maybe I can do this as a project in Psychopathology II or some other course. So much research to do...but I can't hate the wealth of information available (i.e. plethora of mixtapes and leaked songs).

Realistic goal in the near future: Compile as much Wayne music as possible for reference and put it on the hard drive. Start with the official releases, then move onto mixtapes. Also, consider issues to focus on: addiction, resiliency, Bronfenbrenner, Perry's ACEs...and focus into a solid argument/idea.

So if reading this frustrates you (probably talking to my future self because I doubt anyone reads this) imagine what it's like to have an everyday conversation with me. Not easy. Even worse, imagine what's going on in my mind everyday. Beating myself up for not remembering things (lyrics, ideas, quotes) which I think would be relevant isn't fun. If it wasn't for Jay-Z, don't know how I'd cope. I remember him saying something in the realm of if you can't remember it, then it probably wasn't that great (referring to his method of "writing"...amazing...Wayne's very similar). This is also a glimpse in my writing process...strange and non-sensical, but it works for me. An idea I've just recently been able let settle.

NTS: May revert to Google Wave for actual real time blogging. Let the spasmodic blogging begin.
